6/15: Women’s Chest Workout – NEW!

This is the best chest workout I’ve done in a very long time. My chest is already feeling quite tired and I’m sure it’ll be sore tomorrow. This is a new workout although the exercises aren’t new to me at all the repetitions are a bit different from other chest workouts I’ve done.

If you are interested in strengthening your pectoral muscles this workout will help you out immensely. And don’t worry about getting bulky like professional bodybuilders. You’d be surprised by how hard it is to obtain that kind of physique.

Women’s Chest Workout

Incline Bench Press

  • 1 set x 10 reps, 55#
  • 1 set x 8 reps, 60#
  • 1 set x 6 reps, 65#

Flat Bench Press

  • 1 set x 10 reps, 60#
  • 1 set x 8 reps, 65#
  • 1 set x 6 reps, 70#

Flyes

  • 1 set x 10 reps, 8#
  • 1 set x 8 reps, 10#
  • 1 set x 6 reps, 15#

Push-ups

  • 1 set to failure, repeat for 3 sets

Whew! Can’t wait for the new leg workout I’m doing tomorrow!
