Do Sports Drinks Really Help?

Almost everyone, men and women, from teenagers to athletes, consumes sports drinks before and during exercise as they find it helpful in playing games longer. Is drinking this necessary for you and helpful in maintaining your body conditions especially during the period of sports activity? It is better to be acquainted with its benefits and be familiar on the sports drinks you are drinking and if it does really help you.

By: Carole Carson

Book rating: 5 out of 5 carrots

I know many of you read my post yesterday where I did not full endorse Carole Carson’s tip about only eating what you can put on a fork during the holidays. Yes, I am skeptical. I did agree that mindless holiday munching would pack on pounds yet there are enough forkfuls of food out there to gain the same amount of weight. That is simply my opinion. That nugget of advice may just save many of you from gaining a few pounds.

On to Carole Carson’s book, From Fat to Fit: Turn yourself into a weapon of Mass Reduction. I have given this book highest marks.
