New DVD Coming Soon – Horse Shoe Bending
Hello DIESELS! Quick announcement to makeI will soon have a new DVD coming out.
Mike Rinderle and I teamed up on an instructional DVD on Horseshoe Bending called Hammering Horseshoes.
As you may know, Mike won the Beast in the East competition in May, edging out Chad Rickicki by a slim margin. It all came down to the last event, horse shoes.
Mike put together a quick promo video last week and in it he goes over all of the information the DVD covers
This DVD is sure to be the go-to resource for learning how to correctly and safely bend horse shoes, just like professional strongmen have done for years.
Prepared Snacks to Grab and Go
Kids love to snack. Growing kids have dietary needs so eating is essential to proper growth. It is not unusual for a child to feel as if he is always hungry. Hunger is not the problem. Overeating and poor food choices are the problem. A child will grab anything that sounds good when the urge to snack hits. It is important to provide healthy snacks in easy access to encourage a child to eat better and make better food choices. If you make apples in an easy to reach place as opposed to chocolate chip cookies the child will reach for the apple. Opportunity is often the root of poor food choices. If the child is used to eating unhealthy foods when he is craving to munch on something soon it will turn into craving junk food.

World’s Strongest Hands 2011- Eastern US / Pennsylvania
Hello DIESELS. This Fall it is time to BLOW UP the Grip Sport participation in North America and especially within the continental United States.
Starting in August is the Annual Worlds Strongest Hands Series 2011.
Starting August 13th, 2011, there will be contests going on all over the world at essentially the same time using the same exact events and tools in order to crown the overall champion.
The head promoter in all of this is David Horne.
