I first became familiar with Enjoying Tea during a Mother’s Day Tea event I planned. The event was blessed with using Enjoying Tea as your featured beverage. Everyone commented on tea and praised the quality and flavor. As a tea drinker, I enjoy a good cup of tea. I am happy to say I found it in Enjoying Tea. Tea is a wonderful alternative for health and for cutting calories to coffee, soda, juices and sports drinks. While I am a coffee lover, I tend to add a lot of sugar and cream to it. I can drink tea all day adorned with nothing more than a squirt of lemon and not drink unnecessary sugar, fat from cream or calories.
Hello DIESELS!
Last week, I got only three submissions for the Grip Strength Challenge, but thats OK.
What was really interesting, however, is that last weeks event, the One Hand Deadlift with a Pronated Grip, proved to be a bit less predictable than I expected.
Paul Tompkins 205
This was a huge surprise for me. I have seen Pauls Grip Strength in person and I expected a bigger number, however, we all know that not everyone is on top of their game every single day they train. Perhaps though, this exposes Pauls weakness Support Grip?
Hello DIESELS!
I want to take a minute and tell you a bit about the DVD I released this week called Introduction to Strongman Training.
You can get it right now for the introductory price of $29.99, a great deal, if you ask me = > Introduction to Strongman Training.
If you have just recently found out about the site, you may not realize that I used to do Strongman Competitions.
The truth is, Strongman was my first true love in the strength training world. I began in 2003, pretty much on a whim.
June 6, 2011 — Noting that vitamin D deficiency is “very common in all age groups,” new treatment guidelines call for many Americans to take more vitamin D than is currently recommended.
The guidelines, from the Endocrine Society, offer some contradictory advice. They say that virtually everyone in the U.S. should be taking vitamin D supplements, but that only those at risk for vitamin D deficiency should have their vitamin D blood levels checked.
Only those whose serum 25(OH)D blood levels are above 30 ng/mL are getting enough vitamin D.
