We all want to achieve physical health, but have you ever stopped to think about your mental health? It is important that as we approach physical activity we take into account what it does for our mental well being as well, and it can do wonders.

1. It keeps your mind busy: When it comes to mental health, sometimes we just need to slow things down. Our minds can be very busy and full of thoughts all over the map, therefore we sometimes need to just slow it down a bit. When we engage in physical activity, we keep our minds busy with this as the focus. This helps to replace the bad with some very positive thoughts and is good for us in many ways.

Frozen organic tofu scramble with hash browns & veggies.

The picture on the box leaves a little to be desired (especially if you aren’t used to waking up to tofu)…but honestly (and surprisingly) I really enjoyed this frozen breakfast entrée. It had a nice aroma fresh from the microwave. It could come in handy when you don’t have time for breakfast in the morning or your stomach isn’t ready for breakfast first thing in the morning…so you need to bring something into work with you.
