A new study, presented at the American Association for Cancer Research Frontiers in Cancer Prevention Research Conference says intense exercise each day can help cut death rate from prostate cancer.
Experts examined the activity levels of over 2,500 people, both before being diagnosed with prostate cancer and after diagnosis.
And data showed men exercising three or more hours a week, like jogging or swimming, were 35% less likely to die from prostate cancer.
But light exercise, like walking, does not lower risk. To lower mortality, researchers insist strenuous activities are key.

1. How was DietTribe Season 1 different for you than Season 2?
In Season 1, since it was a brand new series, we hit a few obstacles along the way that needed to be worked through but in Season 2, the series was that much more developed. The
Calisthenics consist of simple, yet effective, movements, without the use of weights, designed to keep the upper body in shape as well as increase flexibility. Using the body as it’s own resistance is key to this type of exercise, and it is easy to think of a few calisthenic exercises, especially since just about everyone has done them. The first that comes to mind for most is jumping jacks or maybe push-ups.
When you want to keep your arms toned and in great shape, calisthenics are a perfect way to accomplish this goal. There are a number of exercises you can do, without the need of expensive equipment, to have great toned arms. One thing you always want to do before exercising is a bit of stretching to loosen and warm up the muscles you are about to work. T
